Seeing as tomorrow is Valentine's Day I wondered whether to just ignore it on my playlist or take a look at the other side. Opting for the latter, I have a fun playlist of songs highlighting the dirty, lowdown and bad side of love. My set starts at 5 and goes to 7 and will be followed by Maht Wuyts for 7 to 9 and Vivienne DuFaux from 9 to 11.
With a focus on the blues, I will be pulling from Gatemouth Brown, Keb' Mo, J.B. Lenoir and Byther Smith. However, it won't all be blues with some selections from Cat Power, Billy Preston, and Edith Frost to mention a few.
